Need to find model of Ferguson tractor.

Hello, My dad gave me this small tractor. He told me its a 1953 model. That is not enough information to order parts. Its has badge above steering wheel on dash with serial #( I included picture) but I still have no model #. Please help me determine the model so I can start a rebuild. Thanks.

The 30 in TO30 equals 30 horsepower? Sorry about being ignorant on all this. Im learning as I go. Thanks for the help. Is a manual pretty easy to get on these ole tractors?
 
Yes, service manual and parts books are available. I think this site has them among there is always eBay. These resources are HIGHLY recommended. Hard to do much without this info.

I have both service manual and the parts book. Parts book has detailed drawings to show how things are assembled, very helpful.

Thank yall very much. I will soon get the manuals. The tractor ran just a year ago but battery would not stay charged. Looks like its been modified a bit. Also looked like it was leaking oil from two spots under oul pan but not the gasket. So maybe it wont be to difficult. Thanks again.
 

Looks like our TO30's are pretty lose to the same age as mine is TO127027. 1954 was a good year as my block has no cracks. It gets used to run a finish mower, bush hog, tiller and whatever else needs done around here. Mine is not a show queen, it gets used. Be careful, when you start fixing things it's hard to find a place to stop.
 
I too do not want a trailer queen. I want mine to work when need to. Wont probably fix much
Just enough to get her to run but run good.
