Carburetor problems

Now I have my distributor problem fixed, now it's the carburetor. Can someone tell me what is the settings on a zenith carburetor, and what the thumb screw in the back is for?

I run my TEA-20 (carb)as per SERVICE MANUAL Suggested and it runs perfect:

# 6 has nothing to do with AIR / FUEL Ratio:

Just a mechanical STOP for MIN SPEED as in Idle.
