Looking at a 1964 MF 65 diesel. The serial number starts with CNDW. What does that indicate? It is in good shape-- runs well and hasn't been abused. comes with 6 ft bush hog, grader blade, post hole digger,
one bottom reversable plow and 3 pt forklift attachment, and front weights. Approximate value of tractor separate and with equipment? Location-- Maine
 
Where you located in Maine? I live in West Old Town, Maine. I have a 1962 65 diesel, we rebuilt motor, new hyd pump, new starter and alternator. Lots of other new stuff too. Great machine.
 
No way, I couldn't get what I have in it and I know what has been done. The motor was stuck when I got it (spun rod bearing) but I know I could completely rebuild it with a new crank and rod and motor kit for $1000. I've got about $2500 total in the tractor and it should last me as long as I live. I kept track of everything I bought for it.
 
Around here (central Illinois) I'd guess that as you describe it the stuff should go in the $4,000 to $5,000 range.

But having not seen it - Kinda of a wild guess.
