TO35 transmission

I have a to35.I haven't used it since the mid of november of last yr.Tried starting it yesterday and the trans seems to be lock up.Help please.

Did the engine start but the tractor does not move?

Are the Gear selectors (H-S-L) (1>3)not moving?

Not sure as to your predicament?

No the engine won't turn over in neutral and the plugs out. If u keep hitting the stater u can see the fan turn just a little.

Strong possibility of a POOR or POOR connections from battery source to the Starter.

If it were mine....with Tractor in NEUTRAL,ignition off,plugs removed,I would connect a battery and Jumpers from a known good battery to the starter and verify the starter turns the engine over?

Check transmission for water and ice seen a Ford freeze the owner let it set outside water down around the boots locked it up

when you try to start in push the clutch down then the trans is not turning starts a lot easier
