A recent purchase 135 I acquired has the clutch pedal relocated forward and at an angle. The linkage is more complicated. Instead of tromping down on the clutch pedal, it is at an angle where it is more of a push forward - about at a 45-degree angle - more traditional angle than most Ferguson and Ford tractors. I like it very much, but am always about to miss hitting it with my foot because I am accustomed to the traditional MF 35/135 location.
A retired MF mechanic friend of mine says he has seen this option on other 135's and that it is "factory". And it does look "factory" in manufacturing quality and pedal style. I have no doubt it is. But, does anyone know anything else about it? Did this option have a name? Additional cost? Thank you, gents.
