I'm still trying to get our inherited 245 running. While I'm messing about with the fuel system, trying to get fuel to the injectors, I have a small hose (1/4"?) that runs from an elbow into the block (behind the injector pump) that snakes back and eventually down to the ground, that is spitting oil, even with just turning the engine over repeatedly (as I look for fuel blockages). It's probably some sort of breather, but I doubt it's supposed to lubricate the grass. Where is it supposed to go besides my yogurt container?

Be glad you haven't got it running;-) I believe that is the line that goes to the oil pressure gauge in the dash, it should be pointing up not down. Look behind the battery towards the dash and see if you can see the other end going to the gauge. Need to get it connected before you get it running or bad things could happen.
