mhf 50 Z134 engine with a zenith carb. It will start when choked and runs but does not have any power for example it will pull a scrape blade in low range 1st gear or 2nd with no power. It seems as if the governor is not even on the tractor. I have rebuilt the carb with kit from Steiner. It has 150 psi on all cylinders.
