Rebuilding carb-where to set adjusting screws

I will be rebuilding a carburetor on a massey 165. Not done one in awhile. Where do I set the adjustment screws to start?

Each carb would be different.
I would try entering the carb number and brand in the computer
and see what comes up.

There is a good chance the information to rebuild
and make all adjustments is on line some where.

What is your carb number and carb brand name as tractor
manufacturers used different carbs on the same
tractor model.

Example: MS And zenith on to-35's.
