Does anyone know, or has anyone here added Remote Hydraulics to a 40B Industrial Loader Tractor? Mine has a PTO, but no remote Hydraulics, It would be a much more useable tractor for me If I could add Remotes to it.

Thanks,

Leo

I think your system is open center so you can take the return port on the loader valve and run it into the pressure port on a second valve. Then run the return from the second valve back to the tank.

The second valve can be set up to run remotes on the back of the tractor.

The Loader is run off a pump on the front of the Tractor, so I would guess that should work, Looks like I'm going to have to take some measurements... I'd really like to have that option.

Thanks,

Leo

It might already be set up with a port back into the tank on the right side of the loader. I"ll take a look at my industrial 2135 and see, because it was set up to run a backhoe loader valve before I bought it.

Your owner/operator manual has the procedure to tap into the "power beyond" port on the loader control valve. There should be a plug on the lower right, inside, loader tank/frame member, just ahead of the rear axle that you can remove and plumb a return line into. Alternately, if you have a 3pt hitch, you can tap into that to get some auxiliaries as well, though the loader system will have more pressure and way more flow.

MK, I have never had a manual for this tractor, Now with this project in mind, does anyone know where I can find one? My tractor does have a 3Pt Hitch also, but I agree that the Loader hydraulics is likely the best approach. I happen to have a Kelly loader I took off of another tractor, I"m thinking that control valve will work for the remote, and actually I could put two sets of remotes using that control, but I do not think I would ever need two sets.

Check out ebay or the MF dealer
