Hydraulic fitting size

Do you have a US or a UK MF 40? I'm guessing a US model and it wouldn't have britsh thread fittings. A hydraulic shop or a dealer could tell you for sure.

Thanks, MF40,

US Model as far as I know. Here are the fittings. Since I have no idea how old all the hoses are I was thinking instead of just having this one made at a local shop (expensive) I might buy a coil of hose, some fittings and a crimper from a large supplier so I can make them all. I see there are fitting called JIC, I think (Joint Interchange something), that could be what they are.

JIC is the most common. Hoses shouldn't cost too much to get done but it pays to shop around. Bigger hyd. hose shops are usually a better price than a shop that just does it as a convenience. A crimper and the different dies would cost thousands of dollars and hyd. hose has a shelf life of about 2 years. To buy a crimper would cost more than what your whole machine is worth.

Your hoses look like JIC. As a general rule Jic have a bull nose on
the male fitting and imperial fittings have a concave/dished end on
the male fitting.
