She runs great, tires are awesome, no leaks, no knocks, no slop, no smoke, hydo good, metal is very good, and she starts right up!

I ended up spending a little more than I intended but I think it's a good investment.

What do you fellas think?

not really, the best way to post pics here is to put them in your album or gallery, then hit upload under advanced posting, then browse, yes you got to do it one at a time, but once I started doing that, it never fails. I bet I am missing something to get done faster, but better than nothing.

Sorry about that, clearly a newby around here.

Speaking of newby...

Should I have posted this over in the "Harry Ferguson" section seeing as this is a TO 35? Or is it supposed to be here since it's actually a Massey Ferguson TO 35? I haven't the slightest idea what the difference is?

Cheers

I was wondering the same thing. Is this the Massey Ferguson forum or is it somewhere else? I just bought a Massey Ferguson 35 myself last week. Seems to be running great altho I"ve never owned on so I really don"t know what ia good or not. I also have a Ford 8n. Great tractors. Now I can use my tiller and snowblower. What is the diff. from a 35 deluxe and a 35?-Bill

Sorta I guess, you have to click each pic, insted of a scroll album, but that's fine. I think you have a late 50's Massey Ferguson, like my diesel. Some stuff is Harry Ferguson, some markings Massey. Your hood markings compare to your seat for instance. I bet is says 'TO-35' insted of MF 35 on the dash plate. Give us your serial number, or atleast the first few digits. That looks really original, all the lights are there and work, tin looks straight, original paint I will bet. I saw one in southern Conn a couple years ago alot like this- where are you? Or rather, where did it come from? You got a nice one, congradulations!

Yes you guys, the Ferguson forum is on the header on the left side, under Allis Chalmers. Those guys would love to see it, and are a wealth of info too. they ain't fussy, will enjoy and help with anything, and this 35 is cute!

Anybody like to confirm that for me?

I am in Midland, MI and (by the sounds of things) this here tractor has been passed from one guy to another all within just a couple mile radius of my place, since new. I may be just the third owner but don't know for sure.

Yah, everything looks original to me too. I ran her around the property yesterday a bit and she is great! Everything seems to be working just as it should.

Isn't it handy Canada just puts the year insted of a million numbers? we know they aren't older than the last one. Mine the same year is a diesel, and it seems like it was all red, just got the block back from the machine shop, the tank took all the paint off, and I see spots of old red, no grey. There's been a couple threads on tire sizes lately, incase yours are original, what size are they? Sometime in the next 3 months maybe we can take the snow blades off huh? Do you have the manuals for it? They're handy if you are new to these. Good luck wiith it.

Yah, pretty sure my tires are not original, they are really wide! I have just started looking for service manuals as I need em. Yup, just took the blade off and now I need to fab up a hitch so she can pull trailers around. Cheers!
