Just a quick note , I took my 135 along to tractor world in malvern , it has the serial number 106.
There was a lot of intrest in all of the tractors original features , a classic massey journalist took all of the tractors details & came back with it being genuine & totally original.
My next task is to track down some good second hand shell mudguards for it , as we had to fit some new ones because of a horrible home made pair were fitted when we bought it.If any one knows of any please contact me.

Many thanks

Too bad you didn't have good original fenders. Do you know the casting date on the bottom of the oil pan? My 65 UK 135 is 9 12 64 and the serial number is 3742. I'm curious how much earlier yours was cast. Can you post some pictures? Dave

Hi,
Which one was yours at the show? Where was it displayed? Have you tried ebay, Dobsons etc.
Shells should be easier to find the flat-tops.
Can you post a photo or two?

Was your tractor next to the passage way into the top building? Its a very original tractor, i like to see a well loved original example, there were two nice original 65's there too. People restoring tractors can learn so much by looking at these tractors

I think it will be very hard to find a good set of shell mudguards that are sound and still in original condition
If your going to paint them, i have one but it will need some welding at the base
