I had my generato rebuilt, supposedly it was working but when i got home and installed it there is still no charge. when i use a test light on the generator both terminals light up when i connect the other end to the positive on the battery (are they both grounded?). not sure what i'm doing wrong but it also seems like bothwires going to the generator might be grounded, i'm not sure though (there's red and black one)...
