Rear tire question?

How much should a bias ply tire bulge before it's considered too low on air? I have filled tires(14.9 x 24) on my 135 and they aren't leaking but seem to bulge more when it's colder. I don't want to take the valve caps off to add air if I don't have to. Will it hurt the tires if they're only a little low? Thanks. Dave

After working the tires for a while do they stand up better? Mine bulge a little when sitting still, but not when rolling. Not much help am I? When I feel I have to add air to a loaded tire, I make sure the valve is at the top, jack it up slightly to relieve pressure so the juice doesn't squirt out and always always always have a spare valve core and tool handy in case the old core breaks.
good luck.

Steve
