I dont know if this is the right croud to ask but I am hoping some one might know if a Ferguson 20 3pt hay rake parts will inter change with a Massey Ferguson 20 3pt hay rake I bought a Ferguson 20 on a sail and it needs some parts and the dealer looked it up and found a MF 20 and that is what he is using the oporators manual shows a difernt rake the ends that the bars bolt to on mine is all cast one pise with the hub and the book shows a heavy tin wheel bolted to a center cast hub but the fram and other stuff look about the same the teeth that I got from them look like the ones that fit my MF 36 even thow they are not the same part number the Ferguson ones are bent just a bit diferent I have not tried them on the rake yet but I am wandering if the belt is going to be right befor I get a bunch of parts I cant use I thought I would ask thanks Thomas

Thomas, The Massey Ferguson parts book opens with: formerly called D EO 20 (Ferguson) rake.
It just started to get called Massey Ferguson
with the changes in the company. However this does not mean that all parts are the same. Both
parts books are loaded with serial number change
of parts, especially in the reel area. The Ferg
was also sold in a 7ft and 8ft size. Chuck

I think D EO 20 Ferguson is what is on my tag that was what I was hoping went on
I hope I can take it apart at the spiders and slip the belt in there and check the berings out at the same time
Thanks thomas
