Parts for WD45 1/16th Franklin Mint precision

Can anyone direct me as to where I could find parts for an Allis Chalmers WD 45 precision toy made by Franklin Mint?
My father-in-law had one that was sitting on his shelf in the nursing home where he lives. The shelf fell off of the wall, and a couple of things got damaged.
The seat broke off of the support, and the light that mounts on the rear of the tractor broke off as well. The seat is held on with a small screw at the base of it. We have also misplaced the muffler for the toy.
I had hoped I could do a quick internet search and find what I need, but I haven't had much luck.
Thank you in advance for any assistance that I could get to repair this toy.

parts are not sold for any of the precision series tractors unless its a dealer that has bought or found a few broken toys and are selling the parts for custom projects. Even the Franklin Mint 16th scale precision are the same as the ones from Ertl. So you are best to just buy a new toy which you can still find pretty much anywhere they just cost a little more than when they were new. Franklin Mint also made the 12th scale toys which Ertl didnt sell so when you are looking around just know you might find the 12th scale WC Allis by the Franklin Mint

If it's a 1/16 scale wd45 it was made by Ertl not Franklin Mint. Ertl made three different precision wd45 toys. The only way to obtain parts is to part out another toy. I buy and part out toys on ebay. I've never bought an Allis Precision. At the current prices. To make any profit I would have to sell the parts for way more than most would be willing to spend.
