Is there a way to manually prime the injector pump? I get fuel to the pump, but through it to the injectors.

When did engine last run? Injection pump MIGHT have stuck internal parts from setting if there's ANY traces of water in fuel, or Bio diesel fuel in system. I've been seeing that a lot on pumps in for repair lately.

Has the tractor been setting 6 months or more? If so it is likely there are parts stuck in the injection pump not allowing it to pump. Needs to be taken off and rebuilt.

It's the injection pump's job to supply fuel to injectors, the feed/supply pump only supplies filters and injection pump.

Ran it out of fuel ? Using the primer or cranking ?
How do you know fuel is at the pump ?

we cracked the line to the injector pump and got fuel there by turning the engine over. No fuel goes out the pump to the injector. Is there a way to prime the pump?

Should be a small bolt like fitting on the side of the pump. Take it out and crank engine until the stream of fuel coming out has no air in it, just a steady full stream of diesel. When it does, simply turn it back in to its original position. Cranking should now bleed the injectors enough for the engine to fire.
