Hi Im having trouble with my 60 I just had the problem where I wouldnt fire on both cylinders, now I got it firing on both and a high idle but now if I give it more throttle I notice that the throttle shaft is moving more than necessary, it gos from low position to max constantly with out touching it, also when I rev up the tractor it almost sounds like it is missing, and when I put to much of a load on it dies

Go back to the comments about the carb needing cleaned. By that I mean all the passages including those under the balls and soft plugs. Just soaking it and blowing carb cleaner at it won't open those hidden passages.

When I go to clean behind the check balls in the carb what could I do to clean behind them. Will I have to drill out behind them or is there another way I have put my carb in my ultrasonic cleaner multiple times and a lot came out of it

Have you checked the running timing with a timing light? You should see 20 BTC at high idle. Static timing for your 60 should be 5 degrees ATDC.
