JD AN Front Tire Options

My 9.00-10 3-rib is about shot. There're not many options out there. Would a 7.50-10 work, or would that be plain stupid?

I'd like to keep the 3-rib, but might have to go with something boring like a multi-rib.

M.E. Miller tire has 9.00-10 in 3-rib style available. Having once owned a 1950 B with this size single front tire I sure would have wanted anything smaller, especially for an A.
