Just bought a very nice Deere 42 pull type combine. It has pickup finger reel and is a square back. Always shedded. I will post pics when I get it home. Now I need to find a 205 cornhead. Tom

It is a square back with the hume reel. Always shedded and looks great. Might be 2 weeks untill I get it home. I plan to cut a few acres of oats with it this summer. Tom

Nice score. I can never seem to find one with a straight cut head, they always seem to have pickups of various lineage cobbled on to them. I've often wondered how a 42 would compare to say an IH 82 capacity wise?? That cylinder on a 42 sure is narrow.
