Yes accumulator can be recharged if internal bladder s still good.

The accumulator has a rubber blatter in it,, they get pourious and the gas leaks out of them,, you can recharge it, but like a leaky tire it will get away soon. New ones are about $300 and they come with out the charge in them..I have a charge station here,, most dealers do not.
