See the pictures. How do I get the hydraulic fitting out of the tractor to be able to hook up a cylinder? The knurled knobs can't be turned even with a pipe wrench.

We had a 60 growing up, but it was very different than this B. Am I missing some parts here?

The knurled nuts are stuck.

Buck a heavier hammer up against one side while TAPPING the nut opposite of the heavy hammer and work you way around the nut.

Some ''loosen juice'' mite help, as well.

The larger knurled nut needs to be loosened and then there is a Horeshoe shaped brass washer that hold the center section in. Those are the shearer washers for the breakaway couplings.

(quoted from post at 08:27:43 05/03/23) Are the knurled nuts screwed on, or do they slide in and out?

The knurled nuts SCREW onto the adapter with two flats that SCREWS into the valve body.

That knurled part should unscrew by hand to if plowing and if you catch something and unhook that shear washer will break the tabs off to let the hosed unhook and you will loose all the hydrolic while getting an oil bath. And to be able to hook the plow back up you need new shear washers to install by hand tightening only and then a couple of quarts of oil to refill the hydrolic system. Being stuck like that says the system was never used with a remote cylinder.
