44 B engine noise

I inherited a B from my mother in law that hadn't moved in 10plus years. I changed out the coolant ,oil, and rear end fluid. Also fixed a leaking gasket on the exhaust. It seems to run alot quieter now, but now I have noticed a slight knock. Not sure if it has always been there and just could not hear it over the loud exhaust or if it's normal. Hopefully my video uploads.

Check for a loose flywheel....Crankshaft splines?
Check for loose components in the clutch area....Crankshaft splines?

Can you isolate it to one cylinder vs the other by shorting spark plugs? Shorting the plugs may not eliminate it on one side or the other, but it may change the nature of the noise. Advice on flywheel/clutch is dead on
too. Good luck, you got a nice machine there!

Sounds like something at a higher frequency than any of the heavy engine parts like clutch, flywheel or crank bearings.

You said it had sat for 10 years or so. Is it possible the floating outer bearing cones (self adjusting bearings) in the governor
and/or fan shaft have stuck and these shafts are now running loose & causing the noise? If you have a generator, maybe
disconnecting the generator drive belt changes the noise? If you remove the magneto, can you wobble the drive coupling in the
governor housing up and down? You should not be able to. Do you feel a similar vibration in/on the governor arm as it is running?
Does this noise stop the moment you place a load on it causing the engine to slow down & the governor to open the throttle?

These are all guesses but it sounds like yer askin fer guesses as to whut's makin the noise so, Hope this helps.
