Is there any tag that says where it is made? At one time A&I owned Clancy Radiator from Ireland and the quality was good. I have 3 here on the farm and sold a dozen or more. Yes once in a while a hole was off but I think that is more of a worker problem than a manufacturer problem. Only other option is to spend twice as much on a recore if you can find a shop to do it. I refuse to use or install an A&I / Clancy POS as they are never right. Next you will find the fill neck is at wrong angle and cap will not set on hood correctly Third original cap will not fit neck right or at all (I seen both). Mounting hole center is usually wrong and you will have to file / butcher frame to get bolts and spacer in correct location. Fourth the hood will set on top of overfill tube and weight of hood will brake tube from fill neck. The few too many I have installed I remove 90 degree tube from original radiator neck and installed in the POS Clancy. Most aftermarket radiators are Clancy bran. My advice it to have your original re-cored if you want a good radiator that will fit correctly. Cost more but you get what you pay for! In this case cheap is junk.

Second the vote on radiator recore ... I bought a replacement radiator and sent it back b/c it was a POS. Got original re-cored with 4 offset tubes original thickness ... $750. Felt like was worth the extra money ... will see.

re-cored radiator from my 4020 installed and almost ready to go after I get rest of front end put back in

What all are you doing to it? The radiator that the A&i
is replacing was an eBay special gave 350$ for it about
20 years ago. The A&i was free so i cant really
complain
