You asked this here a couple weeks ago. Did you check the linkages and the pressures as suggested then? If so, what were the results. If you haven't checked those things, you need to.
The info on how to do it and the specs will be in your manual(s).

When you posted about this before you just called it a 450. In this post you call it a 1987 450 dozer. The 450 (straight) was built 1965 to 1970. A 1987 would be a 450E. There are differences in a 450 and a 450E, so knowing which you have is important. What is your entire serial number?

Do you have service/technical manuals and are they right for your serial number? The different series of the 450 model had different manuals. I gave you the Manual numbers for the 450 and the 450B before. If you actually have a 1987 450E, you need a two volume technical manual set, TM 1330OP and TM1330RE.
