John Deere #45 loader

I have had a #45 loader on the classified ads with no response. I have the mounting brackets for letter series and all the attaching parts, complete with an extra damaged loader for parts. I am offering it free to anyone who wants to come and get it in Branch County, Michigan. Should I just grit my teeth and scrap it, or is there any interest in it? Email is open.

If I was within 100 miles of you I would grab it. All the good stuff to me such as mounted corn pickers are several hundred miles away. If you really hate to scrap maybe you could try a 'free local pickup only' type ad on Craigslist or Green Magazine. Depends on how much effort you want to put into it.

I looked for your ad and didn't see it. I was going to copy and paste it to the Two-Cylinder tractor page on Facebook.

A few months ago someone on YT was looking for mounting brackets for a 45 loader. I see people scoffing at those old loaders, but I really like mine. I have two good ones, and at least one of them gets used several times a week. I hope that you find a loving home for your loader.

I have several 45 loaders and usually get them at farm auctions with one bid. Anything unusual like a materials bucket (snow bucket) , blade or boom will peak some interest. I have every option except an original boom.
