I am replacing the 60 year old rims and possibly the original Goodyear Permacord tires after chloride has done its duty to the rims. I sprayed some Kroil around the bolts and tried tapping the bolts and even added some heat but these are really stuck as usually its not too hard but these seem really in there.I even tried a large punch inside the nut but still nothing.

Are you working with the bolts- nuts and clamps that hold the rim on the cast center?? Or the three axle wedge bolts and two jack bolts??

As mentioned, a powerful impact. Lacking that a torque multiplier or a lot of leverage. Plan on buying new bolts and nuts as they may break before they thread off.

Jack it up and then loosen all the nuts to flush with a good impact. Start beating and if fate is smiling on you you will get 3 or 4 in a row out. Then by jacking up or down you should be able to get the rim and tire out of your way. Otherwise it is going to take lots of heat on each one. I have already had to cut them off with a torch and then blow them out with the torch. The bolt will melt before the cast but it can get hard on torch tips. Tom

If your problem is not getting the nuts off but just the bolts are stuck in the cast hub, do as Tom says. You may want to make a punch from a piece of 1" round stock of appropriate length, to get the end outside the rim. Weld a side handle a couple feet long onto it for someone to hold it (away from getting hit if the hammer misses) in place on a nut for you, then really hit (not tap) it with a good-sized sledgehammer. You may have to buy a few nuts and bolts after, or you could be tapping for a long time.

I found using my air hammer works great plus some blows
with a sledge hammer , the bolts are about 1/3 rusted
through so as I planned new bolts and nuts

The last set I did I started soaking them the wedges and bolts the fall before and sprayed a can of jb 80 on wedges and bolts until the next spring used 12 cans from October until April and the bolts and wedges came apart pretty easily.

Your torch is the best help. Clean out your holes, and use some anti-seize on your new bolts. Center your rim on the cast center and tighten up..
