B Model power lift piston Removal

I'm trying to replace the seals on the power lift piston on 51 model B. How are the pins locking the crank arm to the power shaft removed. I have the safety wire removed but the pis rotate but won't come out.

Put a large pipe wrench on one end of the
rockshaft and jiggle it up and down to
relieve any stress on the pin.

Thanks for the help. I finally realized why the pin would not come out when I turned the shaft enough and the pin fell out the back side and went straight down the hole in the bottom of the piston cavity in to the pump/pto housing. Now I have to try to fish the pin out without removing the rear end housing,

The pin is in the hyd. oil sump. Remove the Powr-Trol valve body and then use a magnet to retrieve
the pin from the sump.
