2510 Diesel issues?

I finished some paintwork on my diesel 1966 2510, fired it up to move it and noticed it was vibrating at 1400-1500 and up. At idle it's smooth. No black smoke throughout the RPM range. It has been sitting all winter and did not have this condition when I parked it last fall. My ears aren't the best, but I can't detect any new or unusual mechanical noises from the engine when running. Oil pressure is 35-46. Does anyone have any ideas what might have occurred?
Thanks, Todd

Harmonic balancer? Given the recent cleanup work maybe some dirt was knocked into that location. Harmonic balancers tend to
give out over time and maybe its life is over. May not be the problem but it is where I would begin my search to eliminate it as a
possibility. Something loose in the clutch assembly? That would affect the balance and be noticeable especially as the engine is
revved up.

Sounds good. I ll do all of the above and let you know how it works out. Any recommendations on which additive to use?

Power Service fuel conditioner JD diesel fuel conditioner or auto trans fluid.

Put it at that rpm setting and crack each injector line to make
sure theres a noticeable change at each one. Hydraulics
work good? It is a 4 cylinder so there is some imperfection to
how its balanced to start with. I dont think it has a true
dampener on the crank up front more a pulley attached to the
hydro with a coupler...cant think of any reason the painting
would affect it other than hood taken loose. Fan shroud...even
alternator bracket can buzz if that belt guard is on wrong side
of bracket
