2030 with a 48 loader

Howdy. Im trying to replace hydraulic hoses on my loader, ran into an issue. Steel hydraulic line running to the bucket tilt cylinder is 3/8 straight thread. Old gates hose was sealed up well, no signs of an o ring anywhere. This sound right? I suppose I m looking for a 3/8 straight thread (f) to 3/8 npt (f) adapter?

A photo would be helpful.

Looking at the parts catalog (there are many variations), but the several I looked at used 3/8'' black pipe with pipe thread at the ends.

NOT sure what you would mean by ''straight pipe thread'' but I suspect if you have your hoses made up with a 3/8'' female pipe thread end they will work just fine.

No problem. I think the degreaser got to my brain last night; have a look.

Notice the taper on the thread? Yeah. I didn t until I went about taking the picture this morning. Oops! Looks like a standard 3/8 coupler will suffice to tie in my tractor store hydraulic hoses. This tractor has been a mess of adapters stacked on top of adapters. Ive gotten it mostly leak free apart from the loader project here. My next demon

Original Gresen, no clue what I m doing here apart from replacing whatever O-rings I can get to. Hopefully it s not too crazy in there, valves function beautifully, just a little weepy.

Thanks for your help.
