4755 Alternator light

Have a new alternator put on as the light on the dash was coming on, but didnt fix the light on the dash problem. The light is off at idle but comes on right away when you rev it up. Charging 14.6 all the time at the alternator. Any ideas?

Also check the charging voltage at the (+) battery terminal to find out if there is significant voltage drop between the alternator output stud and battery terminal which would indicate a bad connection soemwhere in the wiring between the two points.

If OK there, grounding issues between the dash instruments and the tractor ''frame'' can cause weird issues.

Is there a second terminal the same size on the other side of
the alternator for the small eyelet wire? I had one recently on
a 40 series the terminals were flipped on an aftermarket one
Im not sure if it was labeled r and I but definitely they were
opposite according to my picture.
