Does anyone know where I could find a sketch of a John Deere 3010 gas cylinder sleeve with dimensions ?
Thank you for any help ypu can give me !

According to the 3000 series manual which should be the same just industrial tractor a new liner is 3.995 to 4.0005 bore or a 4 inch bore
A maximum wear is given of .005
A maximum taper is also given of .005
Im not seeing a liner protrusion but .001 to .004 is what I think I remember from the other book and would be standard. I kept the industrial because I have a 500b backhoe that has a lot of extra info for it. If your rebuilding one that should be what you need. If your copying one for something else order a sleeve its not that expensive

FF judging by his last few posts he is wanting to see if it can be made to fit in a Massey Harries 444. To the OP the JD PN
Is R40614, which is a sub for the old PN R26118 I thought I had you fixed up but then I noticed the sleeve I was looking at was for a 202 engine not a 201. The company was Agkits and they list all the sleeve dimensions for some applications. However for the R40614 they do not even have a photo. In the attached linked catalog on page 8 they have a description of the dimension nomenclature of a wet sleeve. The PN for the sleeve offered by Mahle is on page 76. If you called them ..number on front page.. they may very well email the dimensions. Mahle is a well know provider of aftermarket engine parts. If you buy a rebuilt engine at a parts store there is a pretty good chance they sold the rebuilder the parts or at least is one of their parts suppliers. Otherwise google that sleeve number and you may get lucky and find one that gives the dimensions. Are sleeves for that 444 really non-existent? Did you call Montes as suggested in a reply to one of your other posts?

Used red That makes a little more sense. It does appear that the liners are out of stock here and a quick search found that the late 444 as opposed to 44 must be different enough to cause some troubles finding parts. It does show the Massey is 277 cubes I wonder if what he needs is sleeves from a 4-276 gas John Deere. The gas 2510 I did had one in it and it wasnt much fun finding the right length sleeve because it had a combine motor and there were about 4 choices none of which fit a 2510. Dont know much about masseys but Im betting 3010 with a 202 like 2510 should have is going to be too short a sleeve

To the fine folks that responded to my post:
Thank you very much for your efforts. I appreciate your help.
Am preparing to work on the the 444 and am trying to build up my meager knowledge base.
Once again thanks for the help and am in the process of working on your suggestions. They were very helpful to me !
Thanks again
