I have a 1972 3020 diesel had no issues
Went to it 10* outside started hard a lot more than normal as soon as it started grey smoke that turned black to oil raining down it was running maybe 4-5 minutes when I tried to shut off it stayed running for 30 seconds now if I try to start turns a little feels like something holding it back like a cylinder with oil in it crankcase level is good it used a quart in 5 minutes it rained oil I did not use starting fluid to start is there anything other than a head gasket that could have done this
