Unstyled D Radiator Guard

Hey Guys,
Cleaning up and servicing my 1938 Unstyled D and was wondering if Deere ever made a radiator grill guard for these tractors. Seems awfully vulnerable with the radiator core exposed like it is. Thanks, John

JD parts catalog shows part numbers AD 813 R & AD 890 R as pertaining to a radiator guard. You might call A & L Parts at 315-536-0543 Mon-Sat in Penn Yan, NY.

sure they did. they even had a canvas to go with the screen.

The 38 D had a factory added combination guard and shutter on the front of the radiator. After a long period of time they would get stuck, and often removed
