missed a 2510 powershift

There was an auction today that had a 2510 gas powershift with 2200 original hours. A very nice sharp original tractor. The auction company was having internet problems and it would not take my next bid. The tractor sold for $7500. I had a line on a 239 diesel engine for it but would have held onto the gas parts in case someone wanted to change it back someday. I might have another one found but it is not near as nice. Tom

Sounds like you missed a nice tractor. I keep thinking about converting one of my 2510's to diesel. I've never found any 239 engines for sale around here. Even online people want more for the engine than I paid for the tractor.
