Deere 2510 won't move

Hello Everyone,
I'm a new member and excited. I have a 2510 Diesel Syncro tractor. Bought it after sitting for a few years. Got it home and drove it off the trailer. Got into servicing it and all of a sudden I have no movement when I put it in gear. Shifter moves freely and will go into all gears but when I let off the clutch, Nothing. I also don't have any hydraulics on the 3 point, no power steering. Its got new oil and filters all around. Pulled off the rear transmission cover at the floor board and under the seat and nothing looks out of place and everything moves when shifting.

Any advice as to what to check next? I'm coming up with a plan to split it but need to know what to check once she's split.

Thanks!

(quoted from post at 13:35:41 10/05/22) My first thought is clutch but you should still have hyds and steering. I am thinking clutch shaft maybe? Tom

Isn't trans pump driven from top shaft in trans? If so if clutch isn't powering input shaft trans pump gears wouldn't turn to pump oil

Years ago we broke the center hub out of the clutch disc on our 4020. I was chopping hay and had one more windrow to chop. Tractor would not
move but pto and all hyd's worked fine. We hooked another tractor to the front of it and towed it around the field to finish chopping as I did
not want to have to change the controls on the chopper to a different tractor. His problem is either clutch shaft or disc. He will need to
split it either way. He might see something by removing the clutch cover and looking in with a light and a small mirror. Tom

First off thanks for all the replies. I really appreciate it.

Got her split in a unconventional way but she s split. Here s what I found. Anything look wrong ? Clutch pack getting taken apart tonight.
