3020 syncro

3020 won't move with pro engaged unless I pull bake on clutch, I'm assuming out of adjustment? Thanks

I think I would take the cover off below the clutch housing a look up in there. Engine off of course. Sounds like there is binding with the wheel clutch throw out bearing and thrust bearing for the pto. I had one 3020 that the wheel clutch shaft was rusted and not pivoting in the housing like it should. If your tractor sits out in the rain, the rain can run done through the dash if the boot on the pto linkage is torn. Have you greased the thrust bearing lately?
