Question about yellow fan blades

Soon I will be taking the radiator out of my 37 A for an upgrade. I have noticed that some un-styled A tractors have yellow fan blades. Did John Deere paint the fan blades yellow for a while and then go back to all green? Does anyone know the serial numbers for such yellow blades? Or is the yellow blades just a personal touch to the individual tractor?
While I have the radiator off would be a good time to paint the fan blades yellow, so that is why I have this post.

My understanding is that unstyled tractors had the back side of the fan blades painted yellow by brush as the tractor came down the reassembly line.

I agree with Deeretails. It is my understanding that the fans remained yellow until late styled tractors came about in 1947. Our 1946 B has bits of yellow on the back of the fan.
