Mt JD 4020 take a long time with shifting from 6 to 7 and have to work very hard I hear in the transmission. To the 8 it shifts very, very hard like a hammer. When I screw down the adjust plug near the clutch pedal its more soft to 8, but much to slow to 7. Last year I opened the transmission and renew almost all the seals etc.for sure. No plates or disks where worn. Also repair the oil pump, this one has bigger one like the 30 and 40-series.
When I measure the pressures, Shifting to 7, B4 get his pressure much slower as the others, when I go to 8 B4 lost the pressure slowly. Is this normal or not?
I didn't measured B3 because it the reverse and diddn't had enough gauge.
What could be the problem? Maybe the shifting block? Last year I also cleaned every valve, springs etc. When I shift form 6 to 8 is more softer.
