1120 rear Scv problems

Hey guys and gals
Im having issues with the rear scv on my 1120
Deere . Lets start off by saying I have little to no history on this tractor as I just bought it from someone who also had no history . Its outfitted with a 146 loader that gets its own hydraulic flow from the system and returns to a ported cover it was done properly not utilizing the scvs . 3 pt hitch works perfectly.
THE ISSUE
When connecting my hydraulic chute of my blower to scv 1 or scv 2 doesnt matter what one I get the same results , when I push the handle forward the lines both pressure up the motor turns a small amount then stops telling me there is a blockage on return but when I pull the handle back to reverse that flow I have nothing the pressure relieves from the hoses but that is it I have no flow . What could be causing me to only have pressure one way while also not opening the port for return oil ? While its highly unlikely I have to ask did these tractors come with only one way scvs ? Also on the forward section of the valve body there are what I would assume are wing bolts to control flow I assume but they are both twisted off could they be playing a part here ?
Any info would be great thank you !

(quoted from post at 02:44:11 10/20/21) What type scv is on that tractor?.The large american type or tha european type?

One side it has European with a new set of jd adapters and the other side I converted to regular quick connects when I started having this issue

I suggest to get a 3000 or 5000 psi gauge then attach the correct male hyd coupler tip for each type female coupler. Then with engine operating operate each scv recording pressures & control handle locations(F-N-R) then report back here.

UPDATE this morning I tested individual scvs for pressure on bank 1 - left side with handle forward 2800psi right side handle rearward 0
Bank 2 - left side handle forward 2600 psi right side handle rearward 0

It seems the valve is not opening for pressure and also not opening the return path when cycled the opposite way , is there something Im missing here before I tear the valve bank off ?

This evenings update - I disassembled the entire block and Inspected all the components and spools , everything looks perfectly fine with minimal wear the only thing I could be into is a possibly wore cams in handle assemblies causing the spools to perhaps not run in sync with each other . I guess the next step is to source a used set of scv valves any leads or tips ?

It's not likely the cams,,your problem will/is be the poppet seats..they leak past and put constant pressure to the coupler,,IF you have removed the cams,, it's tuff to get them back in correctly,,they can appear to be near the same, but they are very direction sensitive..

Which type SCV does your 1120 have?

I have the top photo style , you were 100% correct In those cams being wore the rack and gear is wore enough to slip over a tooth , I priced the parts from Deere 🤢 I have decided to go with a after market closed loop 2 spool valve and mount it low on my fender and remove the old system , I think it is the most practical and affordable way to go
I appreciate everyones help this is a great forum !
