Gasket is blown out between cylinder housing ^& rock shaft housing , or there is a crack someplace, is my guess.
The Rock Shaft housing must come off to inspect.

Other than a crack somewhere there are 2 places where hyd. oil can leak into the rear end. One is the cylinder gasket that RLA mentioned. The other is the two seals where the pto shaft passes through the back of the rockshaft housing, they look like large garden hose washers. The rockshaft housing has to come off to replace either one of them so best to replace both when you have the housing off as RLA also mentioned.

Cyl gasket: A623R
Washer: A2436R
