Hey guys and gals
Im having issues with the rear scv on my 1120
Deere . Lets start off by saying I have little to no history on this tractor as I just bought it from someone who also had no history . Its outfitted with a 146 loader that gets its own hydraulic flow from the system and returns to a ported cover it was done properly not utilizing the scvs . 3 pt hitch works perfectly.
THE ISSUE
When connecting my hydraulic chute of my blower to scv 1 or scv 2 doesnt matter what one I get the same results , when I push the handle forward the lines both pressure up the motor turns a small amount then stops telling me there is a blockage on return but when I pull the handle back to reverse that flow I have nothing the pressure relieves from the hoses but that is it I have no flow . What could be causing me to only have pressure one way while also not opening the port for return oil ? While its highly unlikely I have to ask did these tractors come with only one way scvs ? Also on the forward section of the valve body there are what I would assume are wing bolts to control flow I assume but they are both twisted off could they be playing a part here ?
Any info would be great thank you !
