Im Having issues with the lights on this 3155 I have. Fender lights don't work, Head lights don't work (all brand new bulbs), and it will not start. I rebuilt the RH dash. New printed circuits, fuse clip and fuses, lights, switches, ect. minus the hour meter and tach. I did not touch the LH side. I figured my starting issue would have been within that panel as I thought the starting circuit was fuse protected. Can anyone shed any light on this? or provide schematics? anything would be appreciated!

Thanks all and Have a great day!

Wiring schematic should be in JD 3155 tech manual. After viewing link below there appears to be 3 tech manuals for 3155. Last Mannheim tech manual I viewed for a tractor with a cab the wiring schematic closely resembled a "spider web"

I tested all wires again. All OHMed correctly and had proper voltage. There is a bank of 4 relays on top of the dash that are fuse protected and the one for the
lights, the fuse holder wasnt in great shaped. replaced and lights worked fine afterwords. For the starting issue.. With all the new components in the Dash i put
in i forgot to put a new relay in there as well. Installed a new relay and she fires right up. All good now, Thanks for the help. Im looking into that service
advisor for the future. Seems like it would be a good tool to have or i just need to start buying manuals.

Thanks much again Jim,
Evan

Make sure you check, clean or the edge connectors on the fuse boards or replace them in the dash. This design has been a constant problem in these tractors, especially with high-current draws like the cab ventilation fans. At best some things won't work. Worst case scenario, - resistance through these connections can cause a fire! Check every connection to all functions for loose and dirty connections.
