Anyone remember the AR41785 engine storage kit ? What
should I use for the rust inhibitor ?

Any garden variety fogging oil would accomplish the job of inhibiting rust however from the pictures you've posted it doesn't look like you live in an extremely humid climate so not sure of the necessity?

Probably dont need it but thought it wouldnt hurt . Drug the
combine off a rock pile after sitting ten years put fuel and a
battery in it bled it and it started up In 3 revolutions
