510 backhoe

I have a 510 and I can not get power to my instrument panel. Im guessing its the ignition switch but still waiting on to be delivered.
I am also lost on two lines that were cut. One runs under the hydraulic pump and the other is next to the hour meter.

I am putting the Machine back together and cant find any pictures on how the Radiator and oil cooler connect on the backhoe. Ill show pictures of what I have when I am able to.

Thanks for your help.

When you say you are lost on two lines that were cut, I expect you are referring to wires, not fuel or hydraulic lines. I am guessing you haven't had a chance to get manuals yet. The technical (service) manual, TM1039, has the wiring diagrams and may have info on your other questions as well.

Here is a link to the on line parts catalogs which may help as well.

Im sure they are hydraulic lines. I do have an operators manual and a technical manual. Maybe the technical manual is incomplete got it off of eBay. It doesnt show how to install the oil cooler and or radiator

Changed your Handle?

Is the manual you have the JD TM1039? I am not surprised the manual doesn't show installing the radiator and oil cooler. You have to remember the service/technical manuals are written for the dealer mechanics who may have had some training and are commonly working on similar machines. They are not DIY manuals intended for the general public and don't generally include basic tasks. In general things like replacing the radiator, changing hoses, alternators, and starters aren't described. I don't have a 510 so can't help you with pictures.

As for the cut lines I can't say what they are. I would have to see them and physically chase them to end to see what they go to/come from. I expect you will have to do that as well.

Yes I had to make a new account because I was locked out but I guess its working again. As for the cut lines I did trace them back but not sure what they lead too. They may leas to the oil cooler but I cant find anyone near me or anyone that has one for sale to send me pictures. Hopefully I can get some pictures before winter. Thanks for your help.

There's a 510 for sale on Purplewave with some pictures. I don't know that they will help any with the amount of detail I think you are looking for. Here is a link to it.
