I recently purchased a 1520 gas tractor. The tach spins like a fan. I ordered a replacement, with cable, from an aftermarket supplier. The head unit was able to be mounted after some adjustment. The cable however will not thread into the block. The original cable is good but that one will not thread onto the new head unit. The seller will take the unit back. Does anyone have input on what tach would work with the original cable?
