Local dealer has a new 5045E 2 Wheel Dr. on the lot. Looking at the John Deere website, it appears they are around 20,000 list. Any idea what a good price would be?

Anyone familiar with these tractors good bad or otherwise?

The Deere dealer in our area, Springfield Mo has them listed for $18,200 right now. I have heard good and bad about this model.

You'd be sorry for buying a 2WD if you're going to do much loader work.

I've owned a 70 HP MFWD since '12 that's handled 1000's of rd bales that's had the MFWD utilized less than 20 times.

It amazing how any farming practices ever got completed before MFWD tractors became available.
