Anybody heard of them? I got an email saying they bought Bader and Son and D&G Equipment here in Michigan. It doesn't mention any
dealerships except the 18 that those 2 entities controlled, but at the bottom of the email it says they're out of Murray Kentucky.
Do they have locations down there?

I'd like to say from bad to worse, but it couldn't possibly get any worse than it already was.
 
My wife's cousin's family has been dealing with the Deere dealer in Newberry Indiana for three generations. I believe that I was called Valley Implements before Hutson acquired it some years back.

The Hutson website seems to list all their locations.

They have a dealership in Paducah KY. I have bought some stuff for my A and a 350 sickle mower from them. Also the lawn mower dealership I worked for last year buys the JD parts from them. Never a problem.
 
How long do you suppose it'll be before there's only two names on all the dealerships in the country? One east of the Mississippi
and one west of it. You might laugh, but I think this gets us down to two in Michigan, maybe three, I don't remember who's over in
the thumb. Back in the 70s, could anybody have predicted this?
 
One dealer pretty much owns everything in several states now anyway. The local case ih owns every small dealer in but one other mega dealer . One Agco dealer used to own everything in 3 or 4 states one finally split off not sure they might Only have one store .
