John Deere 70 Diesel Filters

I just bought a John Deere 70 Diesel and I was hoping that someone
here could provide me with the numbers of all of the filters for it? I
think I have the oil filter (Fleetguard #LF587), but I can’t find anything
definitive online with the fuel filter numbers. Thanks in advance!

You can find the part numbers for the John Deere filters in the catalog, then take the JD part number to the parts store you use and they should be able to cross most, if not all, of them. The parts catalog will help if you are looking for other parts as well. Having the right name and the part number aids during web searches or contacting vendors.

You can go to the John Deere Ag technical information store and download a free Operator's manual, and see the other manuals available to purchase for it as well. Again having the right publication numbers for the manuals you need can help if you search for them on eBay or other places. Here is the link to the store.

Click on Equipment publications to get to the search page. Enter 70 in the search box. You should get 3 pages of options with 70 in the titles, You want Tractors, base units, starting on page 2.
Check them out to find the one that matches your tractor. The Operator manuals are free to download, unless there is a price beside where it says Download. The other manuals available show also, along with pricing.

wanted to get a head start on getting everything to service it. I didn’t
