2520 diesel block

The 2520 had a 219 Diesel block. The 2520 Gas had a 202 Gas block Two different animals.
 
If you are interested I have a running 219 diesel engine I would sell. Would even install it for you if you were looking for someone to do it. DW
 
I bought a nice 2520 that had been repowered with a 239D out of a power unit.It actually ran as well as a late 3020 that I had.
 
It all depends on its condition and accessories. If engine is setup with correct Tach drive, has good and correct exhaust manifold, water pump plate, water pump and rear adaptor plate it worth allot more than one that does not have these expensive accessories you will need to make it fit / work in your tractor application. Some engine can have some of these items, some have none and some may have all of them which you hit the jack pot if you find one that you can bolt in without adding or swapping these items. A running engine that is ready to bolt in will / can fetch $3500.00 Many of these options can be swapped off the original engine to repower engine if needed. The 2520 Gas water pump different than a 2510 can be reused / swapped over. Oil pan swaps. Flywheel and clutch swaps. Gas and diesel use same air cleaner. Got a 2520 in shop now getting a compete restoration and a 276T! DW
